[익산신문 영어기사] Iksan~Incheon airport bus needs more seats
Only 7 seats are available for Iksan passengers causing an inconvenience

The bus company Honam express (LLC) recently decided to offer more buses from Iksan to Inceon airport and the service started on the 2nd of December. The tickets were sold out on the first day proving its high demand. The first bus that left Jeonju at 3am, made a stop in Iksan and left at 3: 40am with 5 passengers.
There were 6 more buses throughout the day and Iksan tickets were almost sold out every time. In the afternoon, the company had to call the headquarters to ask for additional tickets.
According to the bus company, six seats were originally allotted for Iksan passengers, but luckily they were able to get seven seats. Even though they didn’t advertise their new bus service, nine people reserved the tickets for 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
When the company doesn’t have enough tickets, they put people on the waiting list. They have to call the passengers back when they get additional tickets, which is quite inconvenient. They will try to get more seats for Iksan passengers if this trend continues.
The new bus service is 5,000 won cheaper than the bus originally running so it is obvious that the bus will be popular and they won’t have enough tickets for everybody.
The ticket price for the Daehan Tour Limousine that is currently running is 30,000 won, but the Honam express (LLC) and Jeonbuk Express (Corp) is charging 25,000 won.
A passenger (who is) that was going on tour to Australia (for tour says) said that it was very inconvenient for him to go all the way to Iksan IC to take the bus and he loves the fact that the new bus service is cheaper, faster and more convenient.
